This is a 22’ Mako cuddy-cabin, in good condition, and built to last. The deep-V hull and generous bow flair make this boat equally at home on lake, Gulf, or ocean water. The twin 1993 Johnson 120 HP engines and SS props give a cruising speed of 30 kts, and the 100 gal fuel tank provides a range of 150 nm. The hydraulic trim tabs allow trimming for optimum performance. The boat has a live-well with circulating pump and aerators, raw water wash-down pump and hose, dual bilge pumps w/ float switches. There are (3) rod holders in the cockpit, and (6) in the lockable cabin. There are (2) tackle storage drawers under the passenger seat. The seats are Todd swivel w/ padded back and armrests. The captains seat has folding footrest, passenger seat has grab handle. The cockpit has dual lazerettes for storage, a Todd bench seat with cooler, and (2) strap-in Igloo coolers. Storage below is (3) molded in compartments beneath the V-berth, a small vertical locker, and the anchor rode locker. There is a port-a-pottie in the cabin. The 3-bank battery system has (2) 650A starting batteries, a house bank of (2) Group 24 batteries in parallel, a battery combiner for charging from the engines, and a Charging Systems International 3-bank, 10A per bank, ignition sealed battery charger with external 120VAC male receptacle for easy connection to an extension cord. The VHF radio is a Standard / Horizon w/ RAM mic in the cockpit and Shakespeare 8’ fiberglass antenna. The anchor is a Fortress FX-11 with 6” SS chain and 300’ of 5/8” braided rode. The Bimini top is matching brown canvas. The Garelick dive ladder is 3-step, floating, removable, with storage brackets in the cockpit. There are (2) spare Piranha composite prop hubs, and (12) replaceable blades, with prop wrench. Engine service manual, (15) lifejackets (asst’d sizes), (3) Type IV throwables, flare kit, (2) fire extinguishers, manual bilge pump, party-size Magma SS Marine Kettle Grill w/ rod holder mount, and many spare parts are included. The tandem-axle EZ-Loader galvanized trailer has new lights, a new surge brake system, and a spare tire. It has been retro-fitted with bunkers, but the complete roller system is available.
