7 berths in three cabins, double in forward cabin, double in saloon, single quarter berth and twin aft cabin.

Sails
Main with three reefs and lazy jacks. Roller furling Genoa (new strip 2010), storm jib, Crusing chute with snuffer (new and never used).
Standing rigging.
Aluminum mast and boom and adjustable spinnaker pole by Kemp. Backstay tensioner. Standing rigging in Stainless steel.
Running rigging
6:1 main sheet with 24:1 fine adjustment and 3:1 traveler system. Jib sheets and turning blocks to primary winches. Roller furling cable to dedicated winch. Cruising chute sheets with blocks and down haul control via blocks to cockpit. Topping lift, main halyard, two spinnaker halyards, spinnaker pole up and down hauls, 6:1 kicker, Main outhaul with 3:1 purchase and two reefs, all lines lead back to three secondary winches via Easylock jammers.
Galley
Hot water from engine heated calorifier with additional 220v shore power immersion heater. Pressurized hot and cold water to galley sink, heads basin and shower. Gas oven two burner hob and grill. Toaster, kettle, complete set of plates, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Utensils. Refrigerator 12V/220V new 2009. Fold away cockpit table. Stainless steel push pit mounted BBQ. Radio/tape sound system.
Electrical
220 volt battery charger and monitor. Aerogen 4 wind generator. 2x 70 watt solar panels and regulator, 4x105 amp hour batteries. Parallel switchover system. Automatic battery combiner. 220 volt shore connection and various 220 volt appliance outlets. Shore cable and connectors. 12vDC/AC inverter.

Volvo thermostatically controlled Diesel Central hot air heating system to all cabins. Cockpit canopy.
