This unique little houseboat provides cruising pleasure on a runabout price tag. With her shoal draft, you can poke into those remote creeks and coves, and anchor out in solitude. Or, she'll sit flat on her twin keels in a tidal area. And, if moving water is your choice, the custom rowing rig is made for floating.
The bench seat converts to two bunks. Fold-out galley galley includes stove, sink and water. Porta-potti was removed from head to make room for mobile biology lab, but can be easily replaced. Aft deck has wooden bench seats - Boat originally had a table which converted the benches to another bed. The aft deck is covered and the door is screened. You can also expand the interior by installing the custom curtain for aft canopy, with a zipper door and screened zipper windows (self-adhesive Velcro was not sufficient; a better attachment method will need to be devised). Wood trim has been restored.
18 foot, fiberglass hull. Twin keels. 65hp Mercury long shaft outboard: excellent condition, regular maintenance, records available. Marine FM radio/CD player. Trailer included.
